The River Lake natural chamois is a soft, irregularly shaped cloth made from genuine deerskin leather. The medium cloth measures 60 × 45 cm and comes as a single pack, with the leather able to be cut into smaller pieces if needed.

Using and caring for the chamois

Before first use, wash it with warm water and mild soap to remove excess tanning oils. After use, clean it with mild soap and water, wring it gently and pull it back into shape. Keep it away from direct sunlight and heat, and avoid harsh chemicals, which may reduce its usable life. Some fading during the first use may occur because of the oil tannage and leather crumbs.
