STP Heavy Duty Brake Cleaner Pack of 2, 500ml each

Heavy duty brake cleaner in a 2 x 500ml pack

Fast-drying brake cleaner for removing brake dust, oil and grease from disc and drum brake parts.

This STP brake cleaner is designed for the dirtier side of brake maintenance, helping lift brake dust, oil and grease from components quickly. It is described as fast-drying and non-flammable, so it should evaporate promptly after use without leaving much behind.

Where it is meant to be used

The listing says it can be used on disc brakes, drum brakes, calipers, brake shoes and pads on cars and motorcycles. In other words, it is a general brake-cleaning spray for common servicing jobs rather than a product for one very specific part.

Why the pack size matters

You get two 500ml cans, which is handy if you are working through more than one wheel end or want a spare can ready for later maintenance. For garages and home mechanics, the twin pack is simply more convenient than buying one can and running short halfway through a job.

Practical points before buying

• The precision spray nozzle is intended to help reach awkward areas around brake components.
• The cleaner is described as residue-free after use.
• It is intended for brake parts, so check the product listing and your vehicle requirements before using it elsewhere.

Use it carefully and follow the instructions on the can and the vehicle manufacturer’s guidance.
