A high-temperature sealant for filling gaps and repairing leaks in metal exhaust pipes and mufflers.
LOCBONDSO exhaust repair sealant is a dark grey paste intended for filling gaps and sealing leaks in metal exhaust components, including car and motorcycle exhaust pipes and mufflers. It is designed for applications exposed to temperatures from -60°C to 1100°C.
Application and storage
- Clean the surface to remove grease and rust.
- Moisten the surface with clean water, then apply the sealant.
- Allow it to dry for 30 minutes.
- Start the engine and heat the repaired area for 15 minutes to complete the stated curing process.
Store the product in a cool, dry place below 25°C. Check the condition of the exhaust and the product instructions before use, particularly where damage is extensive.
