SPRAYTEKK Rust Converter Spray, 400 g (Pack of 1)

SPRAYTEKK rust converter spray for rusted metal surfaces

A spray-on rust converter that helps turn corrosion into a paintable, protected surface on metal parts and outdoor items.

This 400 g spray is designed to treat rust on metal surfaces and convert corrosion into a more stable layer that can be painted once fully cured. It is aimed at jobs where you want to deal with rust without heavy scraping or wire brushing first.

What it does

• Helps seal rust in around 15 minutes, according to the product details.
• Turns corroded areas into a stable surface ready for further protection.
• Can be painted with water-based or oil-based paints after curing.

Where it suits

• Useful for rust treatment on cars and vans.
• Also suited to tools, machinery, garden railings and other exposed metal items.
• Best for metal surfaces that need corrosion treated before repainting or long-term protection.

Practical points to keep in mind

• It is a spray-on product, so it is aimed at direct application to rusted areas.
• The listing states that grinding or sanding is not required before use.
• Allow it to fully cure before painting over the treated area.

For any specific job, check the surface condition and follow the product instructions carefully so the treated area is properly prepared before paint or further protection is applied.
