Zep Rust Converter and Neutraliser 2 Pack with Brush

Why it suits rust repair jobs

A brush-applied rust converter and neutraliser for treating rust on metal surfaces before painting.

This Zep rust treatment is made for dealing with rust on metal surfaces before you move on to painting. The formula is designed to convert and neutralise rust, leaving a protective barrier that helps reduce the return of corrosion.

The pack includes two units and uses the lid brush for application, which keeps the process straightforward on smaller repair areas and awkward spots. Remove any loose rust first, then apply evenly. If the rust layer is thick, a second coat may be needed before allowing it to dry and painting over it.

• Designed to tackle rust on metal surfaces indoors or outdoors
• Helps leave a protective layer against moisture
• Suitable for use before repainting treated areas
• Brush application makes it easier to control on localised rust patches

Points to check before buying

• Best used on surfaces where loose rust can be removed first
• Check that your repair area is suitable for a rust converter rather than a cleaner or filler
• Follow the drying and repainting steps on the product listing for the best result
