4 inch wool buffing pads for polishing and cutting

4 inch wool buffing pads for car polishing, waxing and cutting, with hook and loop backing for quick pad changes.

This sourcing map set gives you 3 wool buffing pads in a 4 inch size, made for car paint polishing, waxing and cutting tasks. The wool fibres are described as evenly distributed, and the pads are intended to help with finishing work in tighter or harder to reach areas.

Why these pads are useful

• The hook and loop backing is made for quick pad changes.
• The backing is designed to hold well during use so the pad is less likely to slip off.
• The wool material can be washed and reused.
• They can be used on their own for polishing or with polishing wax.

Where they can be used

• Car paint polishing and waxing
• Finishing work on metal, plastic, stone and wood
• Paint polishing on wooden furniture

The listed thickness is 20mm / 0.79 inch. The pads are white, which makes them easy to identify in a workshop or detailing kit.

Careful use matters when polishing paint. The listing advises avoiding staying in one spot for too long with a polisher, so you do not expose the primer underneath.
