Black silicone sealant for automotive gap sealing
Black silicone sealant for filling minor gaps and sealing areas around vehicle bodywork, weatherstrips, doors, boots and roofs.
Each 50ml tube is intended for sealing and bonding around vehicle areas such as windscreens, bodywork gaps, door and window frames, boots and roofs. The sealant can adhere to common car body materials including metal and plastic, and is described as suitable for filling minor gaps and joints.
Application and curing
Clean the surfaces thoroughly so they are free from oil and dirt, then apply the sealant evenly. Remove excess product, press the sealed area for around one minute and allow 24 hours for the sealant to cure before use.
The pack contains two 50ml units and accompanying application tools. The product is described as waterproof and temperature resistant, with a stated operating range of -50°C to 200°C.
