Gtechniq W5 All Purpose Cleaner and Car Degreaser Spray, 500 ml

How it is used

A citrus-based all-purpose cleaner for removing grease, oil and stubborn grime from a range of car surfaces, with a simple spray-and-rinse application.

Gtechniq W5 is a citrus-based all purpose cleaner made for tackling oil, grease and stubborn grime on a wide range of vehicle surfaces. The 500 ml bottle is aimed at everyday cleaning jobs where you need something stronger than a basic shampoo, but still straightforward to use.

It is designed to break the bond between dirt and the surface, which makes it useful for heavily soiled areas such as paintwork, trim, tyres, wheels, floor mats, carpet and engine bays. The listing also notes that it is not suitable for leather, so that is one surface to avoid.

The process is simple: spray it on, leave it for a few minutes, then rinse off with water. That makes it a practical choice for targeted cleaning rather than a full wash routine.
